The company also manages and sells houses and land; develops hotels; and manages industrial and techno parks, fitness centers, sports clubs, golf courses, and restaurants. In addition, it engages in the telecommunication infrastructure business; and property rental activities. The company was formerly known as PT Dharmala Intiland Tbk and changed its name to PT Intiland Development Tbk in 2007. PT Intiland Development Tbk was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.
